The power of empathy: Pablo Pineda on inclusion and creating a new business culture

Pablo Pineda works with the Adecco Foundation in Spain as a labour integration coach, with the goal of helping employers and other decision-makers to build a more inclusive and innovative work environment and society at large.

Pablo holds a diploma in Teaching and a BA in Educational Psychology, and was the first student with Down syndrome in Europe to earn a university degree.

This year’s global talent and competitiveness index will focus on Diversity for Competitiveness

INSEAD, the Adecco Group and Tata Communications unveiled that the Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2018 focuses on how diversity and inclusion can be leveraged to attract, retain, and develop talent and realise a more sustainable, innovative, and eventually shared, future of work.
